‘Saskatchewan Screamer’ storm dumps more than a foot of snow on Midwest and East Coast

Much of upstate New York, northern Ohio, Virginia, northern Pennsylvania, Maine and New Hampshire is expected to see up to a foot of snow today before the storm recedes.
